Diana Cai is a PhD candidate and NSF Fellow in the Program in Genetics and Genomics at Harvard. Her research focuses on identifying novel mutations, pathogens, and mechanisms that can lead to cancer and other diseases. Previously, Diana majored in biochemistry and conducted neural development research as an undergrad at Columbia. She has enjoyed working with a variety of people and teaching different subjects at both the undergrad and grad levels. Outside of academics, Diana enjoys the performing arts, reading, and exploring different places.
