Anderson and Langer Labs, BE, ChemE
Anna is a PhD student co-advised by Professors Dan Anderson and Bob Langer, where she works on developing improved nucleic acid delivery systems for gene therapies and vaccines. Originally from the beachside town of Ventura, CA, she received her BS in Bioengineering from Caltech, where she worked on implementing logic into DNA circuits. Anna is an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and a member of the BE REFS, and she is excited to continue connecting with the BE community as a Communication Fellow. She enjoys thinking about how science can be presented clearly and intentionally, where each word and datapoint earns its place. Outside of the lab, Anna enjoys hot yoga, SoulCycle, and her ongoing quest to find the best latte in Boston.
