Willard and Manthiram Labs
Aditya (Adi) was a ChemE PhD student and NSF graduate research fellow co-advised by Adam Willard and Karthish Manthiram. His research focuses on using theory and molecular simulation to develop an improved understanding of chemical dynamics at driven electrochemical interfaces. Originally from Mumbai, India, Aditya grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, and received a B.S. in ChemE from UC Berkeley in 2016. After a two-year stint doing research in industry, Aditya started his PhD at MIT in 2018. As a Comm Lab fellow, he hopes to help the community at MIT effectively convey their science to others. When not typing away furiously at his keyboard, Aditya enjoys playing basketball, lifting weights, reading, and traveling.
