Bertrand Neyhouse, Communication Fellow Alum

Communication Fellow Alum

Bertrand was a Chemical Engineering PhD student and NSF Fellow. An Ohio native and proud Midwesterner, he obtained his B.S. in chemical engineering from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. There he spent three years working in the Center for Electrochemical Engineering Research, where he fostered a love for research and electrochemistry. Following his passion for electrochemical engineering, Bertrand joined the Brushett group, investigating grid-scale electrochemical energy storage. Specifically, he is studying the performance and design of nonaqueous redox flow batteries. When he escapes the clutches of research, Bertrand enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, cooking, and drinking coffee (also enjoyed within the clutches of research).
