Grant is a ChemE Ph.D. student and NSF graduate research fellow in the Bathe BioNanoLab (BE), where he is investigating biomedical applications of structural DNA nanotechnology. Before coming to MIT, he received a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware. Grant is passionate about visual scientific communication, as well as scientific communication to the public. He is also extensively involved with the MIT Science Policy Review as an author, editor, and leader. Outside of professional responsibilities, he enjoys street photography, music, podcasts, exercise, and reading.
