Communication Fellow Alum
Jingfan was a Chemical Engineering PhD student in the Strano Group. His experimental and simulation works focused on the emerging field of microscale robotics, interfacing nanotechnology with materials, electronics, and medicine. Jingfan believes in the importance of scientific communication within and beyond the academic community. He loves discussing communication best practices with particular interests in data visualization, presentation, idea pitching, and scientific writing. Prior to joining MIT, Jingfan received a B.Eng. in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore with a second major in Food Science and Technology. In his free time, Jingfan enjoys traveling, hiking, browsing Wikipedia, and building his virtual metropolis in Cities: Skylines.
