Graduate Student
Chenning is currently a EECS Ph.D. student at the Networks and Mobile Systems (NMS) group. His research focuses on the simulation and optimization of networked systems. Prior to joining MIT, Chenning earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University.
With a strong passion for visual and public scientific communication, Chenning actively engages in disseminating complex scientific ideas to broader audiences. He is actively involved in the network research community, with submissions to several high-profile networking conferences such as SIGCOMM, NSDI, MobiCom, and SenSys. Outside of his academic pursuits, Chenning has a keen interest in physical fitness, participating in activities such as weightlifting, bodybuilding, and running.
