Become an AeroAstro Comm Lab Fellow!

The AeroAstro Comm Lab offers writing, speaking, and visual design support for technical communication — papers, presentations, figures, fellowships, faculty application packages, and more. Our Fellows are trained grad students and postdocs from AeroAstro, so they have technical depth as well as honed communication skills.

We are seeking new Fellows with a wide diversity of skills to join our team this Spring! AeroAstro-affiliated PhD students and postdocs who plan to be at MIT through at least Spring 2025 are encouraged to apply to be a Communication Fellow (including international students!). This paid position is a great way to help your peers and to develop your own communication skills.

You do not need to already be an expert in technical communication to apply. This is a great professional development opportunity through trainings, mentoring, resource creation, teaching, and more for anyone interested in improving their communication skills.

*International students are also eligible to be Comm Fellows and get paid!
(with approval of your HR Administrator and International Scholars Office)
