Heather is a Scientific Communications Project Manager in the Xavier lab where she assists with preparation and submission of scientific manuscripts, grant proposals, progress reports, and other communications projects. Prior to transitioning to scientific communications at Broad, her Ph.D. and postdoctoral research focused on chromatin organization and its contribution to regulation of gene expression. She enjoys helping others learn to shape complex ideas and research findings into clear and compelling narratives that communicate their work most effectively.
