Since 2020, the CEE Communication Lab has been supporting civil and environmental engineers and scientists communicate more effectively.
Our team of trained CEE Communication Fellows provides one-on-one coaching and interactive workshops for the CEE community. We provide guidance for a range of communication tasks, such as journal articles and presentations, PhD dissertations and job applications, and even social media posts. Our goal is to support the growth of our peers by sharing both conceptual and practical strategies for tackling CEE-specific communication challenges.

Interested in becoming a Comm Fellow?
MIT CEE-affiliated PhD students and postdocs are eligible. We recruit new Comm Fellows once per year with applications typically opening in January. Fill out this interest form if you’d like to be contacted when applications open.
