She graduated with her Master of Engineering from MIT in 2024, where she conducted a global study examining the factors affecting carbon accumulation in forests with the Terrer Lab. Following her MEng, Jennifer completed her Fulbright at the University of Padua in Italy, using remote sensing to study vegetation dynamics in the Venice Lagoon. She is currently interested in wetland hydrology and carbon fluxes and is working on modeling the flow of methane in wetland trees. Outside of academics, Jennifer enjoys climbing and playing the drums and piano.
