Sixth-Year Graduate Student
Leigh Ann is a sixth-year graduate student studying plasma surface interactions at the Plasma Science and Fusion Center (PSFC). Her research focuses on using ion beam analysis to observe changes in surface morphology during plasma exposure. She completed her B.S. in Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering at the University of Illinois, where she also participated in undergraduate research in plasma material interactions. On weekends, she escapes the city to find adventure, usually hiking and climbing in New Hampshire.
