Brianna is a master’s student working on using neutrino detection for nuclear non-proliferation. While she is an NSE student, she also works directly with the physics department in the Laboratory of Nuclear Science. Before starting her Masters, she got her dual bachelors from MIT in NSE and physics.  She is extremely passionate about teaching and when she is not doing research she likes TAing, coaching sailing, and giving tours of the nuclear reactor to high school students. Things that bring her joy include making playlists, going on random adventures, and petting every dog she sees.
